Tsum Valley and Manaslu Circuit Trekking is a wonderful adventurous trek, which offers you distinct intact Tibetan culture, religion, tradition and nature with full of challenging. This 18 days adventure journey starts from Sotikhola after 7 hours by bus from Kathmandu following the traditional Salt Trade route to Tibet, enjoying with wide variety of flora and fauna, breath-taking Mountain View, pristine nature, different lifestyle in different places during this trek. Tsum and Nubri are two different valley inhabiting two different ethnicities in Manaslu Region. Nubri Valley is retaining lots of tourist after 1950 but Tsum Valley opened for tourist in 2008. So Tsum Valley disclose the more cultural and religious artifact than Nubri Valley.
Both Nubri Valley and Tsum Valley requires a different Restricted Area Permit and Manaslu and Annapurna Conservation Permit as well. The permit cost depends on season and Trekkers have to travel in a group of at list two people organised by authorized Trekking Company and licensed holder guide. The Restricted Permit is only issued by authorized local trekking companies and individual’s trekker is not allowed for trekking in this region. Now a days, this 18 days long trekking can complete using local accommodation and food without carrying camping stuffs because there are adequate newly build lodge and home stay in every town. There you can easily enjoy the local culture and tradition with very closely being own family member as well. In Tsum Valley area offers you very poor accommodation than Nubri but respect with rich cultural heritage.
The trek follows an ancient salt-trading route along the narrow Budhi Gandaki river valley before entering Tsum and Nubri Valley then come to appears snow covered Mountain and more ancient villages as well. Mu-gompa, Renchen Gompa, Ancient Cave, intact Tibetan culture, language tradition, Larkya Pass(5106 m), Glacial Lake and Hugh open pastures are the hidden fact of this trek. And Ganesh Himal, Buddha Himal, Singri Himal, Himalchuli, Nagdichuli, Manaslu, Hilung Himal and Annapurna massif are often spectacularly visible during Tsum and Nubri valley Trek. The polyandry, nunnery and animal husbandry are the main traditional activates, which is still practicing. Lhosar, Saka Dawa and Dhacyhang are their man festival. They follow distinctly Tibetan Buddhism and have strong cultural relation with Tibet as well. This trek is also taken as Himalayan pilgrimage because of living cultural heritage with strong artifact.

Two different size of bag is needed, one rucksack is given to potter putting trekking equipment and another small day bag is putting your most important thing then carrying by yourself

Giving money chocolate to the children without permission is prohibited during trek
You should take off shoes before entering The Temple, Monastery and local family house
