You need to have bring warm a pair of down jacket, trausers, good trekking boots,warm sucks, groves, sun glass, suns creams, trekking pols etc.

During overnight hiking i don't recument you hire potter becaust you 5 to 7 kg heave bags will support bu you guide if you are unable to carry it. so guide will happy to support it.
