Mount Everest, the highest mountain in Earth is situated in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalaya, with the border between China and Nepal. March to May on spring and September to November on autumn are regarded as best time for trekking in Everest region but summer and winter is not ideal time due to extremely cold with heavy snow fall and block the trail in winter and always cloud and raining in summer so we can’t enjoy the mountain view. There are lots of lodges on the trekking trails so you don’t require bringing camping stuffs and food. Generally we have to walk 5 to 7 hours every day walking slowly enjoying with plenty of stop for photos as well. You don’t need advanced training to do Everest base hike so healthy person with general exercise is fine. Walking slowly with lots of drinking and well sleeping is smart ideas to adopt with altitude so we should follow the referring day to day itinerary and rule of Everest Base Camp Trek is the best way to conquer the altitude.
