Hiking boots, windproof jacket and trousers, inner thermal, down jacket, sleeping bag, crampons, water bottle, sun glass, sun hat, trekking poles, water purified tablet, trekking bags and map are the necessary equipments for the trekking and climbing.

To do peak climbing and restricted area trekking in depended guide can’t organize trip as well.
There are different nature of permit for trekking, climbing, expedition and heritage site tour for tourist. Some trekking area has declared as restricted area so like Mustang, Dolpa, Manaslu, Narphu area need especial permit with conservation and National Park Permit as well. But some area need just park permit like: Annapurna, Langtang, Everest etc. Restricted permit only makes from Govt. authorized trekking agency and minimum need two people , solo trekker is not allow to do trek in restricted area and licensed holder guide is necessary. But National Park Permit can make individually and to issue the permit require passport size photos and original passport with Nepal visa.
There are 33 peaks are recognized as trekking peaks in Nepal from 5650 m to 6500 meter high peak. These trekking peak permit cost 250 USD each member and the peak permit is monitoring by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) have to put garbage deposit as well and professional climbing guide is mandatory. Almost all place we have to use camping during period of climbing. And tea house trekking has nice and clean room and outside conman bathroom and lots of option of food as well.
